How Many Weeks? 24 weeks Size of Baby? Baby is growing steadily, having gained about 4 ounces since last week. That puts them at about 1 1/3 pounds. Since it's almost a foot long (about the length of an ear of corn), they cut a pretty lean figure at this point, but it's body is filling out proportionally and soon start to plump up. Showing? More and more every day! I feel like each week I double in size. Symptoms? Round ligament pain when I get up too quickly or sneeze and that dreaded car sickness basically every time I get in the car. Driving or not. Sleep? Really really great! Not even frequent bathroom trips :) The colder nights and big fluffy comforters are helping. Oh! And my new "boyfriend" pillow showed up late last week!! As if my bed could get any more comfortable... I ordered a full "U" size one, since I finally got rid of the one I used with Kendall and Charlie, and it's a little piece of heaven. Mike and the kids even tested...
